Fortitude Supports Employment Transitions service, helps individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges prepare for, secure, and succeed in meaningful employment through personalized career guidance, resume building, interview coaching, job placement support, and connections to inclusive workplaces, including hands-on opportunities in landscaping and other fields.

Fortitude Supports Lawn & Maintenance service, funded by the NDIS, provides professional garden and outdoor upkeep while also offering individuals with mental health challenges opportunities to develop skills or earn extra income in a supportive environment guided by experienced gardeners.
