As a Lawn & Garden Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll help keep outdoor spaces looking their best while working alongside people with disabilities. What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Lawn mowing & edging
✅ Whipper snipping & hedge trimming
✅ General garden maintenance & clean-ups
✅ Assisting with landscaping projects (if required)
What We’re Looking For
🌿 Strong work ethic & attention to detail
🌿 Ability to work independently & in a team
🌿 Some experience with lawn care tools (or willingness to learn)
🌿 Physically fit & comfortable working outdoors in all weather
🌿 A valid driver’s license (bonus, but not essential)
🌿 Own ute & tools (bonus)
🌿 Strong people skills – ability to interact with clients with disabilities & mental health challenges
🌿 Willingness to train & mentor participants interested in learning new skills
